Pilates - Exercise Band Class

Natural Movement Pilates Studio

Adds a degree of difficulty to the floor routine with the added resistance of a stretch band.
A varied total body workout with a focus on the limbs, whilst maintaining core stability with isolated abdominal work. Aims to strengthen and mobilize the joints as well as lengthens the muscles.

A private session is required as a prerequisite for this class, at this stage.

Pilates - Mat Class (Beg/General)

An introduction to Pilates concepts and Mat Level 1 Exercises (the general level of the class will run according to that of the students)

Introduces concepts and techniques necessary to undergo any Pilates exercise program and incorporates exercises for both strength and flexibility.
